Go to developers.facebook.com → My Apps → Create App → Type Business. Name it anything (e.g. "Signal Room").
In your app dashboard, add the Facebook Login product (you don't build a login flow; adding it enables permission scopes).
Open Graph API Explorer. Select your App, then click Generate Access Token with these required scopes: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, read_insights, instagram_basic, instagram_manage_insights, business_management
Approve for all 10 Pages and your 2 linked Instagram Business/Creator accounts.

Exchange the 1-hour token for a 60-day Long-Lived Token by opening this URL in your browser:

(Find App ID & Secret under App Settings → Basic).

Paste the generated long token below. The fetcher automatically discovers all Pages and linked Instagram accounts!

Go to console.cloud.google.com → Create a project (e.g. "Signal Room").
Go to APIs & Services → Library and enable 3 APIs: YouTube Analytics API, YouTube Data API v3, and Google Analytics Data API.
OAuth consent screen → Select External → Add your email under Test Users.
Credentials → Create Credentials → OAuth client ID → Type Web application → Add Authorized redirect URI: https://developers.google.com/oauthplayground
Open OAuth Playground → Click gear icon → Check "Use your own OAuth credentials" → Paste your Client ID & Secret.
Select scopes on the left: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly
Authorize, sign in, click "Exchange authorization code for tokens", and copy the Refresh Token.
Find IDs:
- YouTube Channel IDs: youtube.com/account_advanced (starts with UC...)
- GA4 Property IDs: analytics.google.com → Admin → Property Settings → Numeric Property ID.

TIKTOK

Add the Login Kit and request scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.stats, video.list.
Complete the OAuth authorization flow once for each account to get the user access tokens.
Paste the access tokens below separated by a comma.
